Wisterwild Server Update: Rollbacks & Item Claims

In light of today's events, there's a couple things I want to reiterate.
- I do this for fun. I don't make a living off the server. This is my hobby. I am human. I am one human being. I expect to be treated with as much patience and compassion as you expect to be treated with. If you can't show respect or patience, you are not welcome here.
- Rollbacks WILL happen. It's a fact. It's not about "if" it will happen again but "when." Minecraft is notorious for this. You will never find a group that has never had to rollback, if not start over. I have learned many hard lessons over the years and I do everything in my power to alleviate the sharp sting that's felt when it comes time to roll back. I will always have your backs and work with you to make things right but if you're going to work against me, be short, impatient, or call me names then you are the reason many players can't have good things. I absolutely do not have to replace in game items that have been lost due to technical issues. But I opted to, because that's who I am and I would hope for the same if I was a player. Each situation will be weighed and acted on accordingly. There are no guarantees as most of the time it's something out of my control.
- If you've lost items in game, IMPORTANT items like beacons or enchanted armor, you have until tomorrow 9/17 at 9am PST to get a ticket in. After that we won't be replacing stuff. I'm not going to worry about a handful of cooked pork chops, 8 lanterns or 4 cookies. I'm talking important items that would have taken you longer than 30 seconds to craft or buy at the market.
