ok so hear me out this might sound kinda big but its actually very realistic if you think about it long enough. mars is literally just sitting there doing nothing like no one is using it right now and we as a server have the opportunity to step in early before like governments or whatever start taking it seriously. its basically free real estate but in space
also mars already has stuff we need like rocks and probably water under the ground somewhere i saw that in a video once so we wouldnt even be starting from zero. we could just land, set up some things, and slowly expand from there. it doesnt even have that many problems except like no air but we can figure that out later thats more of a phase 2 issue
another thing is if we do this first we automatically become the leading interplanetary community which is honestly a huge flex and also very important for the future. imagine other servers trying to catch up while we already control an entire planet. it just puts us ahead in every possible way
and also theres basically no one there to stop us (as far as we know) so its like the safest invasion possible. low risk high reward situation. i feel like we would regret not doing this in like 10 years when mars is crowded and expensive
overall i just think this is something we should seriously consider and not ignore because opportunities like this dont come often and mars is not gonna invade itself
