GamingCafè Channel Access Fix & Update

Summary

The GamingCafè community has issued an announcement regarding recent issues with channel visibility on their server. Members who cannot see all channels are instructed to enable the "Show all channels" setting to resolve the problem. This update is intended to fix access issues that some users were experiencing.
