I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself my name is Gunny, and I’ll be serving as your Shift Lead (Shifty). From now on, I’ll be the main person you come to for any questions, issues, or assistance you need.

If you need help, guidance, or have concerns, please come directly to me first, not ownership. If something serious or high-level comes up, I’ll handle it and communicate directly with ownership on your behalf.

In short I’ll be your boss and point of contact moving forward. I’m here to help, guide, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Let’s keep things professional, organized, and continue building a strong team together.
