@โeveryone 5 Stars Freshman must avg 8PPG to prevent from transferring out. Sophomores 5 Stars must avg 10PPG from transferring out. Any Underclassmen that is your player is on the wheel or any declares list and his PPG/Reb or Ast has been dropped because you want to keep him for another year. He will auto declare or transfer out depending on the situation.

First-Option (5 Stars)
Recruit must be the only player to receive a scholarship until commitment
