New Icon, Rules Update & Event Organizers Needed!

First, We have changed the discord icon to our mascot! :SmugDance:

Second, I will be making some changes to the discord rules soon to include a Google doc giving examples of what we will be warning for just to decrease ambiguity on staff discretion

Fourth, we will be updating the SL Servers tomorrow, so yeah keep an eye on that
