Twilight Zone Revamp: Hytale Focus & New Projects
Hey guys! Hope you guys are doin well so far.
I just wanted to mention that I myself haven't been as active with Twilight Zone's Operations since late October. So for this year I want to get back on my feet and actually start growing the community again so I will be introducing a couple changes and bringing back some old ones that I feel like I didn't properly implement just to test the waters again, so expect couple pings here n there on those changes.
Firstly, I want to make the big decision of moving Twilight Zone towards more Hytale since honestly its something a lot of us here were looking forward to due to its development side of things.
However this does not mean we will be giving up on SCP SL, as we will plan to do some stuff for the game, more specifically I think its time to try to do another Community Clash with different twists and have them locked to certain times this time xd (I've seen how bad it was when we kept the servers up 24/7)
- More Information on the next community clash will be provided after everything has been planned out.
Secondly, I restructured my staff team to help facilitate my goals towards growing the community, which I also have opened up staff apps again in #applications if you're interested.
Thirdly, for you minecrafters out there, we do plan on making a different type of server this time called PurgeMC, which not to give too much detail we on having a modded MC experience where every week on 1 random day around a specific time that no one knows PVP and griefing would be allowed. I'm still working out some logistics, but will keep you guys updated whenever were good to go with everything.
Although I did say I want to get back on my feet, I'm also prioritizing on a special project at this current time that its been challenging to balance between that and Twilight Zone, but I will make it work. Whenever that project is done I can't wait to announce it to you guys.
