Firstly you need to assign military ranks using /n rank add (player) (rank)
Secondly, How to start a siege
Place a banner outside the nation you want to siege after submitting your war in #war-declaration and having it approved, DO NOT do it beforehand
Then you need to decide on a time with the opposing side. If you can't decide on a time we will decide a time for you
Points are earned by killing other players and capturing the banner. Stay at the banner for 1 minutes and your side will capture it. This will provide you a passive stream of points
Whatever side has the most points by the end of the siege wins the siege
Then one side can make demands and it will be reviewed and if it is deemed to be fair the losing side will have to fulfill the demands.
