Constitutional amendments of MOON

**
1. 1st amendment

freedom of speech and criticism towards the democracy is allowed. Free advertising without partnership approval is not allowed. Anything inappropriate or racist will not be tolerated.

1. 2nd amendment

Channel usage: Using channels that are not intended for that use will be punishable. Sabotaging channels like changing their name or deleting them without approval is also prohibited.

1. 3rd amendment

Staff are not allowed to do anything negative to the development of the clan or discourage the people. This is an effort to grow the clan as much as we can. And have a safe environment.

1. 4th amendment

An authoritarian/totalitarian regime may not be established in the homeland of moon. The peoples voices must be heard.

1. 5th amendment

Vexatious litigation: the act of Filing lawsuits primarily to harass, burden, or intimidate the other party rather than to resolve a legitimate legal claim. Extensive lawsuits of minor claims will be taken down

1. 6th amendment

if you choose to be a soldier, that you shall not complain about pings. We must push the clan further.

1. 7th amendment

Staff may not unrightfully punish members of this democracy. They cannot form a coalition and install a de facto dictatorship of staff.

1. 8th Amendment

The core intentions of these amendments will not be changed by a suspiciously authoritarian/totalitarian regime. Vital parts of the clan still need to be approved by @[MOON] Supbro

1. 9th Amendment

Any instances of hate to any clan that is not actively at war with will be severely punished. Those who discriminate or target certain groups of players in openfront.io will be suspecting a 2 strike warning system from our administration. 1st is a warning. 2nd is a ban. I will not be tolerating these provocative decisions against certain groups.
