This update pushes CityPulse further into being a real city activity system instead of just a phone app page. The goal for this update was to make the city feel more alive, make district momentum matter more, and connect player activity to the world around them.

Added a Live Right Now section to the Feed so players can quickly see what the city is currently buzzing about
Added a true live activity system that can generate temporary city moments and surface them through CityPulse
Added district activity states so districts now feel more active, quiet, tense, rising, or exploding depending on what is happening there
Added player reputation mood tracking through Fame, Heat, district Hype, and district Trust
Added a CityPulse Status view so players can check their current district, district mood, Fame, Heat, and overall reaction state
Added ambient NPC reaction behavior so the city can respond differently to players depending on reputation and district conditions
Added live CityPulse notifications when fresh activity is created

Player activity now has a stronger connection to district momentum
The city can now reflect whether an area is calm, active, buzzing, or hot

- Sports Session

- Nightlife Buzz
These broadcasts now feed into CityPulse more cleanly and help shape district momentum.
