Furthermore, prize-related inquiries from other servers should be directed to those respective servers, not the Neverland C-SMP support channel.
Weโve noticed a few tickets being opened and then left with no replies. When that happens, it pings our staff for no reason and that makes it harder for them to help people who really need support.
Please only open a ticket if youโre ready to chat or need help with something specific.
If you have any questions about prizes youโve won on other servers where Neverland is promoted, make sure to open your ticket in that server instead.
