Moderator Academy: New XP Roles & Perks Unlocked!

@Arcane Has been added to the server. You can now recieve these roles:
@Level 10 - External stickers and emojis, voice messages, polls, voice chat streaming, soundboard.
@Level 20 - Links (+GIFs), Files, Reactions, change nickname, ability to apply for staff
@Level 30 - External soundboard sounds
@Level 40
@Level 50
@Level 60
@Level 70
@Level 80
@Level 90
@Dedicated chatter - view bot logs channel. DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE STAFF

Additionally, @20% xp will receive bonus XP and can be handed out from #🎁┃giveaways and #🎪┃events.

You will also gain 5% more XP in #channel to encourage peer supporting and asking questions.

Writing messages longer than 150 words will give you an additional 100% XP for that message.

You will not be able to receive XP if you are @blacklisted or chatting in #🤖┃commands

Please note that XP has a 1 minute cooldown, spamming will not help. Additionally, people XP farming by sending messages every 1 minute or any other form of XP farm spam, will result in being punished, likely with the @blacklisted role.
