Hey everbody! We've had a few things recently going on with server security and we want to be open and honest with you all as we attempt to navigate these issues.

First:

Recently we enabled bases to be viewed on some servers and it was in the process of rolling out everywhere. The setting we used was in the PvP section of server settings. Which is why you were receiving messages about bases being raided and the problem using Might and Vital Elixers. No PvP damage was ever enabled on @Zoloft , @Dread Pirate and @Spicy Nugget . However, Palworld's definition of PvP seems to include giving all players access chests at any guild. It has been turned off in every server except @Baron Genesis . Players on Baron you NEED to put codes on all your chests to prevent stealing. We are looking for a way around this as stealing is not how Genesis defines PvP, but so far have not found anything to help issue in Baron. So @Baron Genesis please lock all your chests.

Second:

We have been hearing of an uptick bots on the discord and poaching. I have turned off many normal avenues that bots typically spam a discord, but I cannot control DMs. These people generally DO NOT message any member of an admin team as they know it results in an instant ban on any discord server. So we do need your help with this. If you see something, say something. Please feel free to make a #ticket to give us a heads up. We do not want any of you being harassed in any way in your DM.

There's several incoming changes and updates to discord and server functionality.

Our beloved @Lam'thulu discord bot has taken over our Raffle system. Raffle will now go live every 8 hours to be more friendly to players in all times zones. It has come to our attention that there is a bug involving the Partner Skills of Flopie, Cave Bat and Illuminat Bat. Their partner skills allow them to hover around you and pick up items around you. This is picking up items that are supposed to be locked to guild. Ie: 🥚Eggs🥚 from breeding pens. This is a Palworld bug and there is nothing we can do to stop these pals from doing it. However, with some testing from the @Game Master team we have a solution. Building around your breeding pens can protect against this. As long as there is walls/windows and a closed door these pals can't steal your 🥚🐣🥚.

Due to an unforseen Palworld issues Guilds being Faction wide has been turned off. Guilds function as they currently do in Palworld normally. You still have your faction channels here in discord to talk with your faction. There is still plans to find a way to make this work and we will keep you updated as Baron Genesis evolves.

I'm loving the enthusiasm for the bot and encourage all here to try it out. There's a guide in #genesis-rewards-guide that can help you learn all the things @Lam'thulu can do. The #genesis-rewards-🧬 channel will show a list of all items others have gotten in game. All items and pals (/breed) in the game code are there except a few that will irritate PalDefender.

Yes, that's right, Baron Genesis goes live on January 1st! This has been a craft of love from @Gravestorm . Taking Palword to another level. Gameplay here will be very different from anything you have experienced. There will be factions :teamdance: ! Pal typing will matter and your team will represent your love :pandaheart: of a Type. While you head out into a world that is very familiar, it is in fact, very different :huh: . Baron Genesis :noxcool: requires you to move with a tad more caution :emoji_82: as PvP will be enabled in certain areas :emoji_67: . But not your typical PvP, there is pal vs pal in Baron Genesis. Your team matters. And guilds do not exist :scaredLamball: , but you will have allies of your faction to guide you along the way . So lean on each other to grow and craft the biggest baddest monsters of your type. :emoji_15:

Evening Everyone,

I appologize for all the restarts this evening they have been necessary to push most of the mod patches back to the servers. Currently we are about 70% updated. There are a few big mods that are still not updated. We do have our Custom Bosses back though so have fun!

• 2x & 1.5x Base sizes still are not implemented
• Oil Extractor anywhere is still not implemented
• Nightsky Box is still not implemented

All other mods have been patched.

Dailies are back in and can be claimed via !daily for new players starter kits are back in and be claimed via !claim starter

I hope everyone is enjoying the patch so far. I will continue to update you as we bring the servers back to base and then pick back up with all the amazing additons we have planned over the next month which you can read about in my earlier announcements. As we head into next week with the upcoming Palworld update and the holidays right around the corner, I wanted to take a moment to share some updates, give you a look behind the scenes, and—most importantly—say thank you ❤️

While Palworld is the game that brought us together, this community is what gives it life and longevity. Building something fun, welcoming, and toxicity-free has been my #1 priority since day one—and that hasn’t changed.

To everyone who was here back when Zoloft was just Genesis—thank you. We went through an insane growth spurt, lag was everywhere, but we pushed through and evolved into a multi-node community under one roof. That’s something truly special.

My ultimate goal?

We’ve got two major announcements dropping in the coming weeks, plus more planned as we head toward Palworld 1.0 and 2026 👀

🏛️ 1. Cross-Server Auction House

Yes—you read that right.
You’ll soon be able to buy and sell items across ALL Genesis servers. This is a massive step toward truly uniting Genesis as one shared economy and community.

⚔️ 2. Baron Genesis – Server 4

This server is very different and very exciting:

• PvP enabled… but with a twist

• ❌ No Player-vs-Player combat

• ✅ Pal-vs-Pal only (true Pokémon-style battles)

• Designated PvP zones you can avoid if you prefer PvE

🔥 The Biggest Feature: FACTIONS

• Choose your faction in Discord

• Each faction is tied to a Pal element type

• You may ONLY use pals of your chosen element

• Our bot will automatically remove pals from your party if they don’t match

This is going to be chaotic, strategic, and insanely fun.
