fixed the ,mailbox command as it was showing random 5 pings before now it'll show last 5 pings but its even slower now.. The only way to make it faster is if I had it through a discord account and not token but that would probably get it taken down fast..

added ,mailbox command can be used in cmd and jail chat so you can see the last 5 mentions/replies you had. Command might take a bit to load sadly, 5 minute cooldown per user and 5 second per command I believe.
