This is a system upgrade — not a cosmetic change.

🔁 What’s Changing (Quick Summary)

Overall structure:

• Smaller, stronger teams

• Fully tracked daily activity

• Performance > volume

Final structure:

• 20 Lead Generators

• 5 Sales Closers

• 5 Recruiters

→ Only the most active and consistent will be kept.

👥 Recruiters — Role Update

• Recruit fewer but higher-quality operators

2️⃣ Email & Phone Contact Queue
