Our development team is planning to change the level of the bot system. We will no longer be using @ProBot ✨ for the leveling system and will switch to a different bot instead.

Please note that this change will reset your level progress to Level 0. However, your level roles will NOT be affected.

For example:
If you currently have the role @Level 50 – Veteran, but the new bot shows your level as Level 30, you will not receive the @Level 30 – Regular role because you already have a higher level role.

Another example:
If you already have @Level 50 – Veteran and later reach Level 60, you will receive the @Level 60 – Elite role automatically from the level bot, or it may be given manually by the staff team if needed.

We are excited to announce that a new update for our Language Support Teams will be coming soon. This update is designed to improve communication, organization, and overall efficiency within our community.

With this upcoming update, we will be introducing clearer role structures, improved response guidelines, and better coordination between team members. Our goal is to ensure that members from different countries and language backgrounds can receive faster and more accurate assistance.

The new system will also include:

• Updated role permissions and responsibilities
• Better channel organization for each language team
• Clearer guidelines on how Language Support members should assist users
• Improved collaboration between Support Teams and QA Teams
• More structured activity requirements for team members
• A better monitoring system to maintain quality responses

This update will help us provide a more professional and organized support experience for everyone. We want to make sure that no matter what language our members speak, they feel welcomed, understood, and properly assisted.

During the update process, some language support channels may be temporarily unavailable while improvements are being implemented. We kindly ask all members to remain patient while our development team completes the update.

Support is a special role designed to recognize trusted members who consistently contribute positively to the community. Honorary Support members assist staff by providing guidance, answering questions, and helping maintain a respectful and welcoming environment, without holding formal moderation authority. They act as a bridge between regular members and staff, prioritizing communication, support, and responsibility. Honorary Support members are expected to represent the community positively, respect privacy and sensitive information, escalate issues when necessary, collaborate effectively with staff, and promote transparency while maintaining neutrality and professionalism at all times.

In order to have a competitive application, you should be familiar with and follow all **Community Rules **

REQUIREMENTS - Please ensure that you meet all requirements before applying!
- You must be 16 years of age or older
- You have the ability to work collaboratively and respect others opinions
- Capable of addressing sensitive, uncomfortable, or triggering topics
- Have @👥・Visitor roles
- Strong communication skills and sound judgement
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality

AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATIONS:
- You do not meet requirements
- You have recent or active disciplinary measures taken against you within the community server
- You use AI in any part of your application
- You submit more than one application, or are currently barred from applying
- Your application is unserious in nature or low-effort

If you have a level role that already allows you to join voice channels (VC), access certain permissions in different channels, or if you hold a staff role or any special role that allows you to send messages or access any channels, then you do not need to purchase the pass. There is no requirement for you to buy it because the benefits provided by the pass are the same as the permissions you already have. Since all passes offer identical access and features, buying one would not give you any additional advantages. Therefore, if your current role already grants you the necessary permissions, message access, or channel privileges, purchasing the pass would be unnecessary and redundant.
