TERMS OF SERVICE

  • You must include the note or information requested during checkout.
    If the required note is missing or incorrect, the order cannot be fulfilled.

  • The exact payment amount must be sent.
    Incorrect or incomplete payments cannot be processed.

  • Payments sent without prior communication or sent in error cannot be refunded.

  • PayPal Goods & Services (G&S) is not accepted.
    Orders paid through G&S are not eligible for delivery, refunds, or replacements.

  • PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) may be used only when requested.
    No notes should be added, and balance funds should be used.
    (Applicable only for ticket-based orders.)

  • Regional availability may vary.
    If a product does not function in your specific region, it is not considered a seller issue.

  • If your access to the shop is restricted or banned for violating rules,
    you are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • A screenshot is required if you are requesting a replacement for an item
    that has already been previously replaced.

  • Do not modify any account details such as email or password.
    Doing so voids warranty and eligibility for replacement.

  • Providing false information regarding product functionality
    will result in warranty being revoked.

  • An Invoice ID is required for any replacement request.

  • Valid proof must be provided to confirm that a product is not functioning as intended.

  • These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.
