Ladies and Gentlemen of the Federation

I am happy to inform that I have a plan towards our conquest. It requires a lot of teamwork and a lot of studio work as well as patience.

The first step will be flushing out all traitors and inefficient members and assigning them the right occupation. Traitors might be ordered to mine on planets or to repair ships while the inefficient workers will be reassigned and schooled on how to improve their efficiency.

The second phase will be constructing our capital, a mighty fortress, to protect all people and assets from harm. During this phase, we will also hopefully turn entire planets into gigantic manufactories. Along with that, we must expand our shipbuilding and military capabilities in this phase, building fortress worlds and ships armed at every possible place as well as armoured with titanium plates as thick as castle walls.

In the third phase, we must develop highly advanced technologies like bots tracking the location of players or fast and precisely guided missiles. After all this is accomplished, we will construct the heaviest of dreadnoughts to arm them, and conquer the galaxy with our allies.

Dear members of the International Democratic Federation
I am happy to announce that i have been assigned the role of leader in our Waste of Space part of the faction. I share power with Jay and therefore am somewhat of a Co-Leader as well.

But this message is not one of celebration, it is of hope. I hope that we all reunite in WoS so that we can build a powerful, impenetrable great capital in WoS. For that though, i need the help of all of you. I need your help to defend, expand and of course construct our planetary infrastructure and orbital defences.

Following that we must conquer the galaxy and reunite the stars under the glowing banner of hope, the banner of democracy.
We will rule the galaxy, making sure no starters get griefed, and ensuring the safety of the stars and of the existence of peace.

We shall find a great planet with all our needed resources, far from enemy attacks and of course starter planets which, as well as their surrounding systems, are a primary goal for griefers.

But for all that, your help is needed. Will you, people of the Federation, Conquerors and rightful rulers of the stars help me unite the galaxy to stop the constant bloodshed? Are you with me?

Additionally, i would like to request the president and the owner to make separate text- and voice channels for our different departments.
