I've heard before from my friend that they used to do this when going camping did you as scouts get kidnapped at night and get tied to a tree it might be as a game did the leader of the scouts or scouts from the other association do that to you and the other scouts?

Hello!
My question is mainly targeted for parents but would love everyones opinion.
How much do you think a household should earn a month to be able to think about having a kid?
Not a luxurious life but be able to get everything we need and be able to live a normal life without being broke at the end of the month.
Keep in mind there’s no rent, and no tuition since one of the parents is a teacher so free tuition.

I always know amazon shipping is expensive to Lebanon and with the situation now, honestly don't know if they still ship to here. I'm curious if there a way around the shipping price like ordering to another country and then using like a forward service ? or if anyone have a better way.

My grandma has boxes in her room that are blue I saw the wool symbol on them I asked her about them she said they are for wool blankets and she told me I can take them when she dies 😂 but I wanted to know if the place still exists?
She said it’s called Soloemio idk if Im writing it wrong but she said it was in تابت and that he moved to hamra and the last store of his was in the إتوال building or something
Does it still exist? 😅 TIA if not any similar store?

I'm projecting to save 30k by next year. do i invest in europe masters in hope of finding a job and staying there, or is it better to stay and down payment to a house?
i dont really care about all the expacts dilemma. i dont have that close to family and cant live 2 feet away from them. i adapt fast and dont really care about culture. how's the risk going to Europe and chances of actually turning a student visa to work visa and then permanent residency. I'm just reluctant cause 30k is a lot of money to invest. i mean a master from a European degree wont ho to waste but yeah.

Can someone provide me some clarity regarding purchasing an apartment in lebanon? Specifically, is the average deposit required by owners really generally 50% cash? I understand there is generally no mortgage or if so a year or so max.
I have toured a few places that are, for example, $260k let’s say and the owner expects a $130k cash deposit and to pay out the rest within a year or the rest asap.
Is this the new norm? If not, what is normal and what’s not?
