The winner of each round gets to stay up and perform against the next person in line, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive wins. They go down after that.
If a TIE happens, BOTH players go down. 2 new performers come up.

PRESS YOUR LUCK is an exciting game of strategy and luck where up to 6 contestants face off against a spinning board of cash and prizes in an attempt to be the last player standing! Every time you land on a prize space, you’ll earn points towards building your score, but if you land on a WHAMMY space, you’ll lose all of the points you built up to that point and will be eliminated from the current game. Ouch! Hopefully that doesn’t happen.

What are the rewards for playing? 🏆

Each time you play PRESS YOUR LUCK, prize and money spaces are worth points towards the Riff Casino Leaderboard. Come play with us often to rack up your score in order to be in the running for prizes every season!

Musical Balloon Roulette!

Balloon roulette is where you’re put onto the roulette wheel and you never leave unless you ask the host to do so!

You could perform 5 times in this event. But there’s also a chance you won’t perform at all!

Every performance gives you a point on the karaoke roulette leaderboard!

However this is balloon roulette with a twist!

Of course it’s musical theatre. I’m your theatre host! So you can only sing theatre, Disney and opera! So get your music ready!

Listen up, RiffOff family! The year is winding down, our playlists are overflowing, and it’s finally time to celebrate everything we’ve built, played, and sung together.

While most proms involve expensive limos and questionable punch, we’re doing things the "RiffOff Way", which means zero traffic, 100% better music, and the ability to attend a formal event in pajama pants. This is our night to celebrate the community, toast to a year of incredible creative collaboration, and crown the legends among us.

❓ WHAT TO EXPECT

• 🎤 Main Stage Karaoke/Open Mic: Hosted by Feral, you'll serenade the server with your best power ballads or that one folk song you’ve been practicing in the shower. Whether you’re a soaring tenor or just someone who knows all the words to "Mr. Brightside," the floor is yours.
• 🎶 Collaborations: We love collaboration performances, so if you'd like to pre-record something special for your date, send it to Para and/or Feral before the event, and it will be played at the Main Stage for all to behold.
• 🎲 The RiffCasino: Looking for a different category of fun? Step away from the mic and head to #Prom-Games channel, where Para & Slick will be running party games where the stakes are low, but the bragging rights are eternal. YES we'll have prize wheels for each game!
• 👯 The "Plus One": Feel free to bring a partner, a date, or even a group. Solo arrivals are also more than welcome, more room on the dance floor for your emote-spamming. Bonus points for creative/inspiring proposals 👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨
• 🎩Dress Up: We want to see ya'll dressed up in your finest formalwear for this special Prom event. Submit your photos in the #Selfie channel. Community members will be voting for the “Best Dressed”.
• 👑 Cast your ballots! We’ll be crowning several attendees based on your votes via the Google form. Categories Include: King & Queen, Prince & Princess, Best Dressed, Cutest Promposal, Closest to theme, Best Chaperone (mod), and of course the Wild Card

BATTLE IN THE THEATER is an event where contestants are picked and put into 1v1 pairs in a random order by a wheel, and their one job is to perform well enough against their opponent to gain the most audience votes! Only songs from stage musicals or animated musicals (Disney, Broadway, West End, DreamWorks, etc.) are allowed in this event.

What are the rewards for participating? 🏆

Each time you perform in this event, you will earn 1,500 XP and 500 as a reward. You’ll also collect 1 Point towards the Blitz Battles Leaderboard for each victory in a match.

Well, let me explain!

There will come a new channel called #❓│q-and-a-box. If you head over there, you can drop some questions you have for the Riff Team, for example: ''Are you guys planning on making a new event?'' But, it can also be specifically to a Staff member: ''Kai, what do you do besides hosting'' and so on!
Our team will come up and answer your questions and the questions will be chosen randomly! But, we will also have a Question Of The Month!
The person with the Question Of The Month will receive a reward!

This event will be hosted once a month, but this isn't just a regular event. This event is meant to check up on our team and see how they are doing!

How does the show work? 🎤

To participate, all you need to do is join the stage and hop into the queue to have your chance!. Once it’s your turn, it’s time to sing! Each performance can be up to 5 minutes in length.
Every time you win a battle, you will move on to the next step; a 1v1v1 finale called the Master Ring, where the rewards are doubled and you can win more coins! This round will happen every 3 battles.

What do you get out of this?

Each time you perform for us, you’ll earn 1,500 XP and 500 Riff Coins as well as being given 1 Point towards the Blitz Battles Leaderboard. Will you show up to claim the rewards?

💫 LUCKY STAR finally tapes its first four episodes today! (We hope 😂)

Due to audio/technical issues during the last two taping attempts, we will, once again, be holding a recording event for Lucky Star today. It’ll be starting a bit later!

How does the show work? 🎥

Anyone who wishes to participate in each taping just needs to join the stage and hop into the queue to have their chance! 🎤 Each event records 4 episodes with 4 queue members each (Max 16 people out of queue). 🎬
Every episode has a Bonus Round where a randomly selected audience member gets to perform as well! 🌟 All contestants for the duration of taping will get to spin the Prize Wheel 🎡 to determine what they can take home, and the biggest winner each episode also wins a special prize 🎁 on top of their winnings!
