[Area Operation]

New Daily Mission [Mystery Path] is here! A strong infection signal has suddenly appeared in the tranquil Mystery Path, suggesting the presence of infected creatures lurking within. The situation is urgent—brave Survivors are now called to assist!
1. Mystery Path will open the day after the version maintenance, with Crusade Mode also available;
2. During the operation, the durability loss of gear will be reduced by 90%, ammo reload cost is reduced by 90%, and durability loss when unconscious is reduced by 90%.

[Peril Showdown]

  1. A brand-new Peril Showdown is here! The pioneer Expedition Team has undergone unknown Mutations in the lair, transforming into powerful infected entities. Survivors must enter the lair to defeat them and lay the heroes to rest.
  2. [Peril Showdown Phase 3] will be available to Survivers after the January 30th update. We sincerely thank all Survivors for their enthusiastic support and valuable feedback on the first two phases of Peril Showdown.
    "3. [Selection Arena] and [Final Arena]:
    More and more Survivors wish to participate in Peril Showdown. To accommodate this, we have divided the current Peril Showdown into [Selection Arena] and [Final Arena].
    The [Selection Arena] has lowered the damage-per-second requirement for Survivors to enter Peril Showdown, allowing more Survivors to challenge powerful infected entities in the [Selection Arena].
    Survivors who meet the damage-per-second threshold in the [Selection Arena] will qualify to enter the [Final Arena] through selection. In the [Final Arena], Survivors will face even stronger infected entities."
    "4. [Perfect Challenge] System Revamp:
    In response to feedback about the difficulty of teaming up in the later stages of the version, this season's Peril Showdown introduces a revamp to the [Perfect Challenge] system.
    Each week, the Caravan will issue exclusive Perfect Challenge missions targeting infected entities—rally your teammates and climb to new heights!
    Complete all Perfect Challenge missions for an infected entity to unlock the limited title [Final Walker].
    Repeatedly earning this title will upgrade it, making your glory shine even brighter."

[New Gear]

  1. New Weapon: BioT Swift-Leopard Shotgun, which belongs to the same Bionic Shotgun series as the Bionic Serpent Shotgun. Weapons in this series share Special Research progress. Any star-up and upgrade effects (including Special Research and Expert enhancements) on a Formula in the series will be applied to all Formulas within the series (each Expertise bonus from star-up and upgrades will only be earned once). The Special Research effect will take effect after unlocking the Formula.
  2. The BioT Swift-Leopard Shotgun has a longer optimal Range than the Bionic Serpent Shotgun in Hunting Mode. Additionally, each trigger pull instantly fires two shots, and the wielder can move more nimbly while shooting, granting strong burst and skirmishing capabilities.
  3. New SSR Core for Shotguns: Piercing Thunder. When equipped, the Shotgun will fire an EM Bullet containing all pellets. The EM Bullet enhances the wielder upon hitting a target within 60 units of distance. After traveling 60 units, the EM Bullet splits into individual pellets.
  4. At 5 stars, Piercing Thunder generates an electric field when enhancing itself, continuously striking shield-recovering Survivors within range. At 9 stars, missed projectiles are pulled back by the electric field, persistently attacking enemy targets within it. At 12 stars, the electric field delivers a powerful strike to targets whose Shield drops to 0, rendering their Shield ineffective. Ideal for sustained close-quarters combat and PVP against enemies with healing abilities.

[Profession Co-creation Season Adjustments]

Thank you very much to all Survivors for participating in the Profession Co-Creation Season. After the update, all participants will receive a surprise reward. We will continue to regularly adjust and optimize Professions to provide all Survivors with rich and engaging gameplay experiences.
1. To make the Sniper's attacks more effective in Suppression, we increased the coefficient of the Core Talent "Precision Devastation" when it inflicts Devastation on players.
2. The Warrior's Iron Wall Defense Faction was too fragile when the barrier was inactive, sometimes forcing players to deactivate it. Therefore, we made the minor non-head damage reduction effect from the trait "Steady and Firm" permanent.
3. To make the Spore Hunter's traits "Binding Vines" and "Tree of Regeneration" more viable in various combat scenarios, we have reduced the number of spores required for their charges and also decreased the area of effect for Tree of Regeneration.
4. TTo allow the Ark Knight's Swift Weapon Assault Faction more freedom in weapon selection, the damage boost for both Light and Heavy Firearms within 5 seconds after triggering the "Quick Draw" trait will now apply based on the higher value.
5.Weakened the combined effects of control abilities from multiple profession traits when stacked.
6. Fixed an issue where the Rifle trait "Overloaded Magazine" sometimes caused an additional shot to be fired after reloading.
7. Fixed an issue where the Warrior's trait "Strike First" dealt no damage with the first strike under certain conditions.
8. Fixed an issue where the Ark Knight's "Quick Draw" in Resonance Bullet state could not trigger the reload effect and sometimes abnormally triggered reload animations.
9. Fixed an issue where the Virus Master caused abnormal slowdown effects on teammates under certain conditions.
10. Fixed an issue where control effects from certain profession traits could not be removed by the Spirit Dragon drone.
