Analytics Revamp Discord Builders Hub Update

The CommunityOne Builders Help forum discussed an upcoming revamp of their analytics system over the next two weeks. Key improvements include front-end changes for better wording, layout, and action-driven annotations, especially for moderator performance tracking. Backend enhancements focus on speeding up data processing and integrating KPIs for collaborative projects, alongside new deep-dive features for member retention categorized as "rising," "falling angels," and "hall of fame."
Super excited to start working on our analytics again.

Here's our plan to revamp the analytics.
Front end:
Wording - to be consistent with discord insights and statbots
Order/Layout - to rearrange things to make better sense.
Annotation - we will make better annotation on what's good, bad and make it more action driven.
Mod performance
We are making the most changes on this tab.
Support driven - We will give out more breakdowns in terms of actions coming from engagement vs support.
More action driven - We will make it obvious for mods to know how to improve their performance.
Backend
Faster: We will start storing selective ts data in our database so that we can speed up process. We have 3-5x our speed so far, but a long way to go.
=> This means that we can finally start generating the server by the end of the day in eahc community's local timezone!
More integration: We will expose some KPI to projects signed up for collab so that they can see their partner server's engagement stats.
New member deepdive/Retention:
In addition to giving you more data on retention, we will start giivng you a detailed member deepdive, indicating members that are "rising" and getting more interested in your communities, "falling angels" - those who are falling behind for you and "hall of fame" - those who are legends. By giving u each member's performance, this will result in better action points to increase retention
Some additional things that we are adding
New user experience - how a new user feel when they join the server, are they getting ghosted, is ur server too cold, or the opposite, people are crowding out and too intimidated to chat.
More channels breakdown - Breaking down acitivities, retentions by channels.

Yeah, you can click on the legend, it acts as a toggle
All legends act as toggles in our charts
