"I noticed a very particular flaw with your bot. The bot works fine... for weeks... at some point something strange happens. You write to the bot and for some reason it no longer responds, but at the bottom it says "CommunityOne is writing..." but nothing comes. If you write to him again he answers again, but it still says at the bottom that he would write about the last request. The solution is then to deploy the bot again."

Btw do you perhaps have a screenshot of a message where this happened? This would definitelly help speed things a bit whe diving into out system's logs.
