What’s New in Our Client Portal

Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to enhance our client experience — from streamlining support to celebrating your milestones. We’ve rolled out a range of new features (many of which have never been seen before with hosting providers), improvements, and quality-of-life updates designed to make your portal more powerful, intuitive, and rewarding.

Here's what's landed:

Support Pin Updates 🔐

  • Support pins now regenerate every few hours and whenever a sub user is removed from your account.

  • Our team can only access your account if you provide either the support pin or your postcode. We perform full security checks on your client account before proceeding. In certain cases, specialists have the authority to override this.

Support Notes 📝

  • Every time you contact our team, we have improved logging of staff access to your client account and now add notes for each interaction. This helps ensure smooth communication if you get in touch again.

Client Awards 🏆

We’re pleased to introduce Client Awards — a way to recognize your milestones with us.

What you can unlock:
- Automatic achievements for participation in our VIP Rewards program.
- Milestones such as invoices paid, tickets resolved, referrals, and more.
- Special achievements awarded by our team for exceptional contributions.

Track your progress:
Achievements will appear in your client portal after logging in.

VPS Wizard ⚙️

We’ve launched the new VPS Welcome Wizard in the Client Area!

New features:
- Passwords are now securely displayed within the wizard — no more sending them via email at order time.
- A guided step-by-step process to get your VPS online quickly.
- A new one-click RDP file download for Windows VPS that connects you without entering IP, port, or username.
- You can relaunch the wizard any time from your service page.

Our Anniversary 🎉

  • Each year you stay with us, you’ll receive a thank you email and a celebration in your client portal! (We’ll keep the rest a surprise.)

General Updates 🔄

We’ve improved the client portal layout:
- The yearly billing offer box now highlights your 2 months free more clearly.
- All product categories feature new icons.
- If you’ve shared any support needs, our team will see them as soon as they access your account.

VIP Rewards Updates ⭐

  • VIP Reward eligibility has been refreshed. If you have an active service, you’re automatically enrolled in the VIP Rewards program.

Account Credits/Debits Log 💳

  • Curious about how your account credit was applied? The account balance dashboard now shows credits and debits along with explanations.

Maintenance Updates 🛠

  • Scheduled maintenance affecting you? Log into your client area to check whether your services will be affected.
