Changes To Our Privacy Policy

In case you have DM's turned off and/or you don't read your emails, please read this following important update.
We have emailed you all to inform of changes to our privacy policy.
What do I need to do?
You can see everything that is changing below. If you're happy with the changes, you don't need to do anything.
What's Happening?
OctaWeb are introducing new products and services over the coming weeks that require us to collect more information under Know your Customer ('KYC') regulations that was originally described in our Privacy Policy. As such, we're updating our Privacy Policy to introduce these changes. Going forward, with our new services, we may request identification documents such as driving license, passport, national ID or residential permit to verify your identity.
When do the Changes Happen?
Our Privacy Policy will be changing from today (21/02/2025) to implement these new changes however this does not affect any services you currently have with us and will only affect new OctaWeb Connect and Domain Services.
How can we help?
As stated, this will only affect purchases of our Connect and Domain Services. If you're happy with the changes, you don't have to do anything. But if you're thinking of cancelling, or making changes to your account, just let us know. We'll be happy to help.
