Alert in regards to Community XP rates and how Events will affect them!

Community Events and how the community engages with them now affect the XP rates!
The current rate is set to 1.5X
With the current number of members here is how you can affect the future rates! (Staff appearances do not count)

0 Members at Event = 0.5X
1-5 Members at event = 1X
5-10 Members at event = 1.5X
11-20 Members at event = 2X
21-49 Members at event = 2.5X
50+ Members at event = 3X
This system will be replacing our more passive Double XP Weekends
