🚀 Introducing We R:ONE (R:1)

A new partner network built for creators and community leaders who actually want to grow together — not compete in silence.

R:1 is a collaboration forum where we:

• share communities and audiences the right way

• team up on events, streams, podcasts, and projects

• trade knowledge, resources, and opportunities

• build real relationships that turn into momentum

This is a proposed partner network designed to connect community owners, creators, streamers, artists, and builders in one place—so we can collaborate, cross-support, and create growth that doesn’t rely on algorithms.

What R:1 is:

• A dedicated forum + partner hub for sharing communities, planning collaborations, and helping (everyone) win.

What R:1 isn’t:

• A spammy promo dump, a “follow-for-follow,” or a one-sided self-promotion server.

🧠 Sample Project Clarity Blueprint (What You’d Get in RE++)

Project Name: Cozy Survival Town
Core Concept: “A small-town survival MC server for chill players where the focus is on building up one town together and slowly unlocking new areas.”

Who It’s For: Players who like casual, cooperative progress more than sweats and chaos.

Core Loop:
1. Log on, check town board for tasks/quests
2. Go gather/build/farm/fish for the town
3. Turn in resources, upgrade parts of town
4. Hang out in tavern / social areas
5. Log off knowing you helped the town grow

First 3–5 Features:
1. Central town square + quest board
2. Simple town “upgrade” system (e.g. unlocking new buildings/areas
3. Starter jobs: miner, farmer, builder

Next 5–10 Actions:
1. Define town layout + 1 upgrade path
2. Set up quest board location
3. Make 3 starter quests for each job
4. Add basic economy / rewards
5. Playtest with 3–5 people

This is the kind of thing RE++ members get each month after their live Project Clarity session.

🎯 Project Clarity is LIVE – RE+ & RE++

I’m officially launching Project Clarity inside Re:Envision for anyone building:

• Modded/RP/Private servers
• Worlds & Campaigns
• Creative projects that feel chaotic or stuck

Instead of big expensive coaching, this is a low-cost monthly system where you can get help untangling your ideas and deciding what to do next.

🟢 RE+ – “What Are My First Steps?”

For creators who are stuck at the starting line and just want someone to look at the chaos and say:
“Here’s what I’d do first.”
You get:

• Once per month: you can submit a project (server, world, campaign, etc.) in ➾project-clarity-chat

I’ll send back a First Steps Snapshot with:

• What I see as the true core of your idea
• The first 3–5 steps I’d take in your place
• A low-cost way to get unstuck.

🔸 RE++ – Full Project Clarity

For creators who want ongoing help shaping their project into a clear, buildable plan.

You get everything in RE+, plus:

• 1× live Project Clarity Session per month (45–60 minutes on Discord)

After each session, you’ll get a simple 1-page Project Blueprint including:

• Your core idea in one sentence
• Who it’s for
• Your core loop / experience
• First 3–5 features or story beats
• Next 5–10 concrete actions
• Priority responses in the #➾clarity channel

🧪 Beta Note: RE++ Clarity sessions are limited to 5 spots at this time and price so I can keep sessions high-quality and manageable.
Honest note: I’m not coming at this as a millionaire guru or giant server owner. I’m a fellow creator who lives in worldbuilding, server design, and systems. Project Clarity is for people who feel overwhelmed or scattered and want someone like me next to them each month to make things simpler.

So, as I stated earlier this month, we will be having a major shift in focus with this community.
while some things are changing, here's what will be the same:

• We are still focusing on the collaboration and growth of content creators (Gamers, musicians, artists, etc.), by offering a platform for everyone to connect and work together toward their shared journeys of growth.

Here's some changes we have already made and are still effectively changing:

• Audience: Our audience up to this point has been more of an open pg-13 audience in attempts to be as inclusive as possible. However, this has proven problematic for many reasons including Majority of community members are more of a mature audience including games and communication practices, as well as rising issues with child safety, not only online but, on Discord's platform. With these and many other topics to consider, we are effectively no longer pushing towards a 'family friendly' model, and are opening our speech model to a more open and free-speech one. This will obviously still come with some regulations to match necessary laws and regulations, but we are no longer micromanaging your everyday speech (within reason).
  With this being said, moderation will become completely up to Mine and Mods' discretion.
• Content style: Starting with the source, I will no longer be holding back in my future streams/content. This may come with a more open-vibe speech with less worry for matching strict censorships. (i.e cursing, crude jokes, etc.)
• Anyone under the age of (or suspected to be) 17 will be placed on a full restriction from public channels for their online protection. Those who attempt to get around these rules and do so successfully will not have anyone in this discord liable as we have already made it clear what we attempt to do to protect the younger audience.
• Minor Channel change-ups and more later down the road.

We’re beyond excited to officially announce that @yuemica has been promoted to the role of Community Manager here in our Communuty!

@yuemica has consistently shown incredible dedication, positivity, and a genuine passion for our community. Their energy, creativity, and leadership capabilities have already made a huge impact, and we couldn’t be more confident in their ability to help take our community to the next level.

As Community Manager, @yuemica will be working closely with all of you to make sure our server continues to be a welcoming, engaging, and fun place for everyone. From organizing events and supporting new members, to making sure your voices are heard, @yuemica is here to help this community thrive.

The current rate is set to 1.5X
With the current number of members here is how you can affect the future rates! (Staff appearances do not count)

0 Members at Event = 0.5X
1-5 Members at event = 1X
5-10 Members at event = 1.5X
11-20 Members at event = 2X
21-49 Members at event = 2.5X
50+ Members at event = 3X
This system will be replacing our more passive Double XP Weekends

Hello Everyone, BIG News!

While beta testing the Guild feature, we have met a lot of new faces. We would like to formally thank each of you for choosing the Re:Envision Ent. Community!
With the Guild limitations of 200 members per Guild, we will soon be deactivating the guild feature for this community to have the opportunity for continued growth towards our larger Community Platform.

What this means for the future of the community

While, we will be losing some aesthetic features that came along with the guild system, we will be gaining many new features and larger events in the future.
More Community events, activities, & giveaways! (Keep an eye out for alerts involving these, coming soon™️)
We will be kicking off our Growth Event very soon, and begin kicking this community into high gear!
We are excited to be implementing our upcoming R:E Social Hub! After we reach our next milestone of 250 Members, we will be announcing our release date for this addition!
This will be one of our first of many new systems to pave the way toward our Discord CNTR (Central Network To R:E) Nexus!
More info will be released over the next few weeks.
We are super excited to be making this growth together with all of you, and look forward to the future as a community!
