Helper Role & Moderator Pay Update

I've just upgraded the moderating system!

New role; @⌛ Helper Role.
The Trial Mod role was replaced with a new role called @⌛ Helper.

Helpers will be community members who help keep the server healthy by answering questions, helping members, reporting server issues, assisting moderators.
Helpers will have limited moderation tools, such as only removing recent messages, warning, and using a report system.

In exchange there will be no real activity limits to this rank, and people will only be demoted if they don't login for like a whole month, or weeks. For now even though @💬 Chat Mod technically had no limits, I didn't really like the way those people were considered associated with me, so I've been strict in terms of activity, or their behavior. Now, the @⌛ Helper will simply be a community member that shared interest in helping moderate the server.

The @💬 Chat Mod rank will mostly vanish, and consistently helpful, and consistent @⌛ Helper's will be promoted to a @🛡️ Moderator. Those will be chosen by @🛠️ Admin+. Some important values for one are professionalism, consistency with their actions, behavior, and regular activity.

New guranteed pays for Moderators:
- @🛡️ Moderator will now receive a guaranteed pay, and this will be 2,5$ + 0,5$ if they make it into top weekly chatters list.
- @💬 Chat Mod (rare case) will receive guaranteed pay, and this will be 1,25$ + 0,25$ if they make it into the top weekly chatters list.
- @🛠️ Admin will now receive a 1$ bonus every time he's at top weekly chatters list.
They can also be paid weekly. And on a weekly basis @⌛ Helper's will be considered for the above ranks.

The core team payments will be made equal to ensure we are not competing with each other. The core team should be working together, so this will be promoted. 3$ a month should be more than anything the current share would ever give.

@⌛ Helper's will still be paid and will be utilizing the monthly reward pool shared between the most helpful ones.
At the end of each month, @💬 Chat Mod will vote on the Helpers to choose the best ones and distribute the reward pool based on contribution to the community. The most helpful and active Helpers will receive the largest share. The pay requirements will be removed, and all will be paid from the total share. The share budget was also adjusted.
