New Security Update: Quarantine Role Added

Added a new security measure for the server. Suspicious joiners and people will receive a @☢️ Quarantine role (colour of poop, because they are shitty people). Anyone who receives this role will lose access to all the channels and will only be able to see one named "quarantine". In there they will be instructed how they can change their fate. If they do not take action after receiving it they will be banned.

Main goal for this will be to stop scammers from being able to see the online member list, #💬・general, and the #join-logs channels. I also don't want to ban people who didn't do anything wrong and don't want to add trashy 2 step verification bots or force phone number verifications.
