How Often to Change Your Guitar Strings

me being the bedroom musician that i am without proper recording devices, i rarely change my strings at all

to me, this is a hobby and while strings are cheap and come by a set, i never really saw point in doing it that much especially when it's usually just my ears being the only audience

if you're pursuing something more serious then you should always change strings when it starts losing its tone

strings suffer wear and tear, whether you're playing electric, acoustic, or classical.

be sure to change them time to time, if you're a very avid player, should be anywhere from 3-5 weeks but if you're rather casuals and don't mind it that much, it's about 2-3months imo
