Discord emojis are custom images that servers upload for their members to use in messages, reactions, and statuses. Each Discord server can have its own unique set of custom emojis, including both static and animated emotes. Discord Nitro subscribers can use custom emojis from any server they belong to.
On CommunityOne, you can simply click on the emojis you like to select them, then download them all together in bulk. You can also browse a server's entire collection from their individual page and download eligible custom emotes directly.
Once downloaded, you can upload them to your own Discord server (Server Settings > Emoji), or even use them in other apps like Slack! Alternatively, you can join the server with the emojis you like and use a moderation bot (like Dyno or Carl-bot) to import them using steal commands, or use them anywhere with Discord Nitro.
Discord emotes (also called emojis or emoticons) are small images used in Discord chats. They include default Unicode emojis, custom static emojis uploaded by server admins, and animated emojis (GIFs). Custom Discord emotes are unique to each server and can include anything from memes to anime characters.
The number of custom emojis a Discord server can have depends on its boost level. At base level, servers get 50 emoji slots. Level 1 boost unlocks 100, Level 2 unlocks 150, and Level 3 unlocks 250 custom emoji slots. Each slot supports either a static or animated emoji.
To add custom emojis to your Discord, open your server dropdown menu and go to Server Settings > Emoji, then click the Upload Emoji button to add your image files (max size 256KB). Once uploaded in Discord, simply go to your server's Edit Page on our platform and click to refresh your server details. We will automatically sync your server and instantly display your new custom emojis on your listing!
