Inquiry: Website Developing / Creation

Wanted to ask your ideas and suggestions on website developing / creation?
Someone I know created their website on Canva but they want it to look personalized on their profile instead of showing up as “Canva” - and want to have more options for customization.
Easy or difficult, I’d love to get some help!
