Hello Hostinger Support,
My website nbn-berger.de and my email are currently unavailable because my hosting plan has been suspended.
I checked hPanel, but the AI assistant says there are no outstanding invoices. We sent the payment again, but the money was returned to us. I’m not sure why my services are still suspended or what I need to do next.
Could you please check my account, let me know why the suspension happened, and help me get my website and email back online as soon as possible?
