M Venusaur + M Aerodactyl team

In Reg MA, i made a M Venusaur team, abusingits amazing matchups into meta threats by pairing it with partners that could deal with Psychic and Flying Types.
But now, in Reg MB, with Staraptor, i needed to rework my team, and i switched from a trick room centered team, i chose a Tailwind based M Aerodactyl team.
I want to know if there's anything i could optimise or change.
Incineroar has taunt because if not Trick Room destroys me.
The team is mainly Bulky Offense, using Twind to compensate in Speed.
M Venusaur, Rotom-W, Incineroar is main core, and Gholdengo is here because its incredible into Staraptor.

yo i forgot that i had no item, Gholdengo has Colbur Berry so it survives a Sucker Punch into Kingambit and to make my Incineroar matchup better
Any reason for no item gholdengo?

i spent so much time making calcs for so many interactions i forgot to add the item
Venu could use ingrain or leech seed for more staying power. Incin could use a dark move over taunt, but those are just suggestions. Garchomp NEEDS dragon claw. Otherwise, you look fine
I really like 3 attack Venusaur as Epower makes my matchup into rain far better, because it threatens arch and gambit.
I chose Taunt cause this team would suck into TR otherwise
I have another Garchomp set, its white herb scale shot stomping tantrum, but that doesnt match the team. maybe i drop stomping by Dclaw cause i have 2 inmunities to EQ
I also think Leech seed is too passive for my liking
already put Dclaw

Its what venu likes to do, but again, its preference. And no problem, I’m just heloung out

I would not drop stomping for claw here actually, it's fine
