Gengar scrafty
After my gard dnite team in ma, I was struggling to make a new team which I felt was good enough to defeat most of the meta.
Staraptor has been literally everywhere, so in order to try counter it I decided to try out mega gengar. I quickly fell in love with it due to its utility, speed and damage. After trying multiple other megas I settled on scrafty as a secondary mega and it feels kinda good in its synergy with gengar.
The team overall feels like its close to reaching the same peak as the gard dnite team but there are some issues

While I like the first 3 pokemon a lot, farig sinistcha and talon feel kinda odd to use. They work but it feels like I am tryna force myself to use a fire grass water core when it isn't necessary on this team.
Araquanid is rly rly rly nice, its utility combined with the damage output to ohko a hell lot of opponents is nice.
I like wide gaurd tailwind and tr, so I'd rather have mons for all 3. I am thinking about perhaps trying to use reg dnite cuz I did enjoy using it bfore I rlised how much I love mega dnite, but I have no clue for the tr slot and there aren't rly any other wide gaurd users that feel right aside from maybe aero
No pressure to rly help, I am one to fix my teams by myself given time but it would be much appreciated
Sinistcha does feel kinda fine but without curse it feels a lot more passive to me (yes I ran curse sinistcha against setup)
I tried sylveon but it don't rly feel great. Dnite is fine tho, but I should prob run like dragon claw bcause while I love scale shot, I keep playing against rain
Kommo o is a well used piece in such teams due to its ability to kill kingambits
But
I'd want you to hear me out on blaziken
I'd have 2 fairy quad weaknesses
Correctly used blaziken is a setup threat paired with gengar
I actually did think abt that but I hv no clue how to use it
Since it abuses the stuff gengar does not want trapped in
It has a quadrillion sets
And also I kinda wanted a spread attacker bcause rn thats just farig
You can be anything from wisp to SD to special and anything in between

Im a bit wary abt using ceruledge cuz it shares a lot of weaknesses with gengar
Im not rly playing perish, but I can use it
Its not a dedicates trap team I just have it on gengar incase I need to get rid of a threat

Was farig but when I added garch I kinda figured that I should use sinistcha to resist
The stats are all rly bad but I have not used any of these pokemon aside from sinistcha enough to care
is perish trap working with such investment and moves?
Its not rly perish trap
I mostly just click attacking moves, I only perish trap if I am up against like a setup mon or if I am in a 4 v 2 endgame to mostly gaurantee the win
The only other move I can think of running in that place would me like disable or haze, neither of which are great given that I don't have encore and against the raptor haze is just worse perish song
