Security Alert: National Emergency Declared
Summary
Shadow's Federal Government announces a national emergency to enforce security across affiliated servers. The community will enact Article 1 and Article 6 to track alt accounts, raids, and suspicious activity. Members are asked to DM staff with full proof of any suspicious behavior to help protect staff and members.

The following broadcast is important for every staff and member to read.
So the past few days many servers affiliated with this server had been facing raids or cyber bullying specifically from alts. In this case the court (me and @Goerge) have decided to enact safety measures across the entire server and enforce necessary rules to ensure the safety of every staff and member. We declare an official national emergency and will be enforcing security to track any alt account, raids, or suspicious activity. We hereby enact article 1 and article 6 of the constitution to ensure security.
