Leadership Guidelines
I Moderators
Moderators are the managers of the server and the top of the leadership team. They are responsible for ensuring a drama free environment and for major community decisions as well as planning. They also operate as the leaders in the various games we play as a community when we have a guild or league. They are people who were selected because they have shown a consistent commitment, activity level, and are known to be helpful members within our community. No moderator is chosen for anything but these traits. Not for loyalty, not for bias, not for anything other than the community seeing them for the leaders they are.
II Moderator Expectations
Moderators are held to the highest standards and all moderators are subject to all the rules of the server just the same as all members and are expected to exercise their duties in a non-biased way. If you feel any mod has overstepped, reach out to another mod or founder with evidence because we take these matters seriously.
III Roleplay Guides
Roleplay Guides are like the assistants to the moderators. Their area of focus is towards all things RP and are here to help and provide guidance with things such as the creation of databases, origins, to help monitor active roleplays to ensure that they fall within the rules of the server. Think of them like a front-line supervisor, they have similar powers as a mod in terms of light-moderation in all roleplay aspects and are deserving of the same honor and respect you would give to a moderator because just like moderators, they are here voluntarily offering their time and services to our community.
IV Roleplay Guides Expectations
Roleplay Guides are held to the same standards as Moderators and while their main area of focus is Roleplay related duties, they hold the same power's as Moderators and are due the same respect if and when they reach out to any members in the service of their duties.
V Disclaimer
Neither the role of a Moderator or a Roleplay Guide is meant to be a burden on those who hold these roles. The people who hold these roles should be treated with both the dignity and respect that come with a role in leadership but it should also be noted that both of these roles are voluntary and should never become burdensome to either. Neither is selected for any reason other that for the benefit of the community and as a reward simply for their helpfulness, activity, and should never be selected or viewed as being selected as if they were chosen to be part of any kind of inner circle, special treatment, loyalty, or any other reason that may fall beyond this scope. They have proven themselves and voluntered to be in these positions and should the position ever become too burdensome, the reserve the full right to step down at any time.
