Please read this carefully: this is a strict rule of TMR Esports. We are continuously watching dm talks that's why at last posting it here!
⛔ Do NOT DM any staff member or admin directly regarding matches, issues, or decisions.
All queries must be asked:
- In the official Discord channels
- Or in the provided Helpdesk group
This rule is in place to maintain transparency, fairness, and proper documentation. We do not allow private communication regarding tournament matters.
⚠️ If any team is found violating this rule, it may lead to disqualification (DQ) from the event without further warning.
For female participants, a separate helpdesk is available to ensure privacy and respect. 🚀
Please treat this as a high-priority rule.
