My "following" on feed isn't showing any users

It says my account needed to be verified again. I sent all the verification documents, an agent said my account was all set to go but still can’t withdraw. Not sure what to do because it says not to start new chats or emails.

I am trying to withdraw and it is not letting me. 3 agents have now ended chat on me and all 3 have me different responses - none actually helpful.
