**If you clicked the role, and it’s not showing up: **
Discord's rate limits are probably being met and/or exceeded. Show a screenshot to a Resource that the role is clicked on and that the role isn’t showing up, and they will add it for you

**I got the role but wasn’t added into the chat: **
Ask a Resource to ping you in the chat of your team and then you’ll be able to see it

**I left the server and rejoined so my role is gone: **
If you left the server and rejoined, you need proof of your account having the role OR your account having typed in chat. If you have neither, we will not add the role.

It didn’t work after I opt-in TWICE. Once I seen my slip settle and I didn’t get any promo funds or lineups. I selected it again because it still had time left on it. And it still didn’t work. I wasted $20 for no reason that day

I submitted my NBA discord team for the bonus lineups under the cavs. When the playoffs started, I was located in a state with full legal player picks. Now, I am located in a state for a couple weeks/summer where player picks are no longer available, and only team/culture picks are allowed for me. There is no available “promo” tab, and sometime decently soon (1/2 weeks) I should be able to return back to the state where I made player picks and did my team for the bonus lineups (260$ total). Will I still receive these rewards? I know there is a deadline for these rewards, but knowing they usually last around a month I’m hoping I can get them still.

This is very annoying.

So I hit a team and culture pick for $44 dollars and should’ve received around $81 based off a 1.86x multiplyer. I checked my account no money in there and then I go to transaction log and it says I won money and then immediately lost it because I made a lineup which I in fact did not make any $81 lineup. I need help…
