Why do I need points to activate it and how do I get them?

Hi can you elaborate a bit on this question?

Which points are you trying to ativate?

ironlizard-68

Thanks for the question

Points are used to run Community Guru because each report requires processing and analysis on our end. To get access to points, you’ll need to be subscribed to one of CommunityOne’s plans.

Once you’re in, you can ask AI Community Guru things like:
- what events you should run in your community
- what users think about a specific product or feature
- insights on your most active or valuable members
- key trends, sentiment, and topics during specific time periods
- content ideas based on what your community is already engaging with

It’s basically there to help you understand your community better and make smarter decisions 👍
