CommunityOne Analytics Update: Faster & Better KPIs
ملخص
The CommunityOne Builders Help community announced a significant update to their analytics platform, focusing on making it faster and better. Key changes include reducing the number of charts, improving the layout and annotations for better understanding, and adding relevant new Key Performance Indicators like total social reach and hours spent. This update matters because the new system processes data much faster, achieving a tenfold speed increase while enhancing usability and data relevance....
new analytics is out and here's a summary of the changes
(a) We got rid of a ton of charts -- less is more.
(b) We changed the layout, made it prettier and annotated a ton of charts so that it is now easier for you to understand them
(c) We added a lot more relevant new KPIs, including total social reach (measuring community connectivities) and total hours spent etc.
(d) We made it faster and more reliable. Now we can process a lot more data at 1/10 of the original run time.
