ملخص
The CommunityOne Builders Help community announced recent updates including UI/UX improvements and server-wise quests, while detailing a two-week focus on a major analytics revamp. This revamp will introduce clearer metrics aligned with Discord standards, such as server response time and user social reach, and will also feature a new collaboration waiting list matching servers based on engagement rather than size. These changes aim to enhance server management and foster organic community growth...
Update for this week, here's what we've done last week
- Improved our UI/UX for onboarding new servers
- Made a server-wise quest (vs individual quests)
- Added one more quest.
- Brushed up on analytics back-end
For the next two weeks, we will be officially working on analytics revamp, specifically targeting the below problems
A better UI so that you can understand what each indicators mean
We will introduce new concept and bring our definition on par with discord analytics, here are some of the new KPIs: Server response time, user social reach, estimated total time spent on the server, percentage of spam messages. Channel-wise chat retention.
We will continue to work on backend, make it faster and start to restructure our database for instant retriver of all data.
I want to thank @SirWill @Project B @Dylic for their thoughts and inputs
Finally, we are opening waistlist for collab, a organic free way to help communities grow together: https://communityone.io/collab
For the servers interested in collab, we will match them based on their actual engagement level, powered by our analytics, rather than size. This allows strong comunities to engage regardless of size
