What is changing?

** - Google Form Integration: ** All support requests will now be handled via a dedicated Google Form rather than direct Discord tickets.
** - Email Correspondence: ** Once you submit your form, the Support or Management team will follow up with you exclusively via email.
** - Higher Standards: ** This shift allows us to provide more professional, detailed, and structured assistance to every member of our community.
