The first change I’d make is Follow Me over Trick Room on Indeedee. Gardevoir already carries Trick Room, and redirecting a single-target attack can give it the turn it needs to set up or use Hyper Voice. Volcarona’s Rage Powder is useful too, but Grass-types ignore it, whereas Follow Me does not have that restriction.
Keep Lopunny and Gardevoir as separate plans when choosing your four. Lopunny benefits from Tailwind and immediate pressure; Gardevoir has the terrain/Trick Room option. Be careful leading Lopunny beside Indeedee: your own Psychic Terrain stops Fake Out into grounded opponents. Sneasler still gets its Psychic Seed benefit, so the terrain mode has a clear purpose even when Lopunny stays behind.
