Been debating herb over seed

If you mean White Herb on Sneasler, I’d keep Grassy Seed as the starting choice with this six. Rillaboom gives you a way to consume it immediately, so Unburden is active before Sneasler attacks. White Herb gives more freedom to bring Sneasler without Rillaboom, but then you need an Intimidate drop or the drops from Close Combat to consume it; you don’t automatically start that turn at doubled Speed.

The other thing I’d plan carefully is which Mega you bring. Raichu-Y gets its accuracy reliability from No Guard after Mega Evolving. If you Mega Garchomp instead, base Raichu’s Zap Cannon remains unreliable. Both options can stay on the team, but I’d write a separate lead and back-two plan for each before changing more slots.
