any ideas what can fit here to help vs mence perish and ugarte sand
I’d test Milotic and Incineroar as the last two. Competitive Milotic gives Salamence a reason to hesitate with Intimidate, and Ice Beam pressures its 4× Ice weakness. Scald / Ice Beam / Haze / Protect with Leftovers is a useful first set; Haze is for setup boosts, not Perish Song counters.
Sitrus Incineroar with Fake Out / Flare Blitz / Darkest Lariat / Parting Shot adds physical damage control for the sand matchup and a pivot for repositioning. Against Perish, remember Gholdengo’s Ghost typing lets it escape Shadow Tag, and a successful Parting Shot can get Incineroar out too. Preserve those exits rather than letting the trapper force you to wait for the count to expire.
