FSD ETC Policy Update: Refunds, Support & Safety

📋 POLICY UPDATE — 24 October 2026
Our Refund Policy has changed: refund requests are now accepted within 24 hours of purchase (previously 7 days). The only exceptions are technical faults on our side or a plan that was never activated, reviewed case-by-case.
We have also expanded our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, added a Child Safety section, and launched two new pages: Updates (changelog) and Policy Updates (a record of every policy change).
