A powerful technique that takes a turn to fully activate and surrounds the user in anarchy energy, this is only accessible in anarchy super. But once the charge is completed the user sends a massive beam into the sky before a storm forms from the blast, raining down lightning bolts of pure anarchy energy that constantly attack the user’s opponents for 5 turns.

BACKGROUND

Backstory:
Miranda was the head of a group that mass manufactured weapons and acted to conquer areas surronding resources they desired with Miranda’s inventions, of course Scourge ruined this scheme to an extent. Miranda wouldn’t accept this, disposing of the group with her own hands and personally executing anyone who had understood her creations to prevent anyone else from using them.
Eventually Miranda would not only take their schematics but also thousands of anarchy beryl with her after managing to find a warp ring stable enough to transport herself and all of the beryl with her to Mobius.
Despite her temperament at the time she would end up settling in this dimension, reopening this company within branches of the underworld, focusing primarily on keeping her anarchy beryl hidden and trying to find ways to increase her power as much as possible.
Extra:
She hates to admit it, likely never will. Her husband and children are alive and taken care of..sometimes..because she genuinely does care for them.
