Hey !! Happy September!

Every year there are about 800,000 suicides. I just want to let everyone know that no matter how much you're going through right now, suicide isn't the way to go whatsoever. I understand how some of us may possibly feel- i've been there many times before, and i promise you suicide is not the way. There are so many reasons to stay, you just havent noticed them yet.

i promise after the storm there will be a calm that has a rainbow to show that the storm would never last forever, and neither will depression and/or whatnot. Yes, depression can last YEARS, but that doesn't mean it will last forever. despite the feeling of it lasting forever, it really is only in the moment you are in. I promise everything will be okay, no matter if you feel depressed or actually are depressed.

no, they wont track you down. it just helps you get out what makes you feel like how you feel at the moment of your deepest point(s).

if you would rather come rant/vent to someone about it instead, i promise you my dm's are opened, and the rant room is a safe space for when you feel this way. i personally am always willing to listen or give you advice about a lot of things, so please dont carry your burdens alone and let us carry some for you, even if its only a little bit.

make sure you always check on your loved ones. you'll never know what their going through unless it's too less. if you notice signs of depression or suicidal intent dont be afraid to check on them. Even the happiest people you know could be going through something that they've hidden from everyone.

Suicide Prevention Month is here to remind us that suicide is a real and common thing. Please check on others to make sure they're okay!!
